This world provides a forum in which Zwinky users can interact with each other. This virtual world, Zwinktopia is made up of a number of locations, many of which replicate real-world experiences, including cafes, gaming arcades and shopping malls. Listed below are a number of the main areas Zwinktopia users can explore:

• Zarcadia is the gaming arcade that you can visit in Zwinktopia. Here you can play a number of different games to earn ZBucks (we’ll look at this later on), or you can even play a round of bowling at Kingpin Korner.

• Zwinktopia also includes a university-like location known as ZSU. ZSU is centred around the ZSU Quad which is surrounded by the four key dorms: the Omegaad, the Dungeon, the Abacus and the End Zone. Zwinkys can hang out in the common rooms chatting with other Zwinkies, or they can just chill in their rooms, which can be bought with ZBucks.

Internet marketing is a highly competitive business. If you want to beat out the competition, you have to make certain your product is getting more and better exposure. Put enough effort into branding yourself and promoting your business, and you will surely see results.

The integration of video marketing into your business plan is a proven method to increase traffic from your target market and increase your exposure. The results are clear to see all over the net; almost every good business now incorporates video marketing into their promotions. If you want to understand the real power of video marketing, check out the people already using video in their sales campaigns. Both their brand and their profits have gained in momentum and market share. But you have to keep in mind that this marketing method might not be suitable for every business, so you will have to tailor it according to your needs. Without correctly targeting your market, video marketing strategies fall short of their potential effectiveness.

1- Have A Squeeze Page

While you might have a little more lag time on television, on the web a person will move on from a video that doesn’t get his attention and on to something else in a hurry. If you video runs very long, it may get dropped in favor of something that keeps the viewer’s attention better. Don’t forget that the purpose of video marketing is not to provide entertainment, but to drive traffic to your site. Determine your target market and the arrangement of your video. Then spend some time determining the running time of your film clip. For a short clip that just gives a bit of information, you should limit the run time to something between a minute and a half to two minutes. However, 1 minute is the limit for a video advertisement, as you don’t want to overstay your welcome and wear the viewer out. The first ten seconds of your video is critical. You want to be sure your site visitor is hooked within those crucial first seconds. Get to the point as quickly as you can. Basically, you want to focus on brevity and clarity. Creating the video’s content doesn’t have to be technical; you can do it on paper by writing a script, and outsource the video editing job to someone else.

Monitor Your Videos

The sales letter has been used as a marketing tool for many years, they have been around because people know they work. Driving sales are Internet marketers’ ongoing pursuit, and they are always searching for unique, more effective options. It is important that prospective clients/customers are exposed to as many marketing tools as the sales copy can handle. Most internet buyers want as much info as they can get before they click a button and agree to purchase a product online. Having a video in the starting of your sales letter can prove to be helpful for the visitor to get a good hold of what you offer. To transform your unimposing sales letter into a vibrant one, the use of video is advised. Sprinkling short clips throughout the letter to highlight particular points is another way to add punch. Your videos on the sales page should focus on explaining your prospect the various benefits they can derive from the product, not just give them simple reasons to buy. Keep them short and informative.

Last but not the least, social networking is growing at a fast pace and videos are being integrated so well in it, this is one of the big reasons why video advertising is having a big impact on the web. The distribution channels have grown and with millions of people viewing videos online, it’s an opportunity that can give amazing results for a long time to come.

The bottom line is that video marketing has completely revolutionized marketers thinking today, and this is the sort of positive change everyone should be embracing. All in all, passing on the right message to your target audience is extremely important and what better way to do it than with a video?

Learn How to Utilize Video Marketing for Your Website.

Written by admin on Wednesday, March 10th, 2010 in Social Media.

Most people who have a product to market and a brand to build up do so with the advantages of video marketing. Marketers are beginning to see that video marketing gives them the best results in regards to the number of sales and their profit margin. Due to the varying factors in each business, this might not work out as well for you. It is easy to understand that your video marketing campaigns need to be customized to your business needs. The following talks you through different ways to use video marketing to benefit your particular business:

Videos Through Twitter

Any of the marketing videos that you create, no matter what purpose they are supposed to serve, should never be boring. You need to make sure that you excite the viewer to a high extent and get them emotionally charged up. This simply means that your video should be moving; jumping from one scene to another, keep the viewer glued to the screen. Keep it fresh and interesting. If you want to really make sure you’re prepared with the video production stage, you should storyboard the video marketing campaign before you take any concrete physical steps. Once you have a basic outline to play around with, get those gray cells jogging and put on your thinking cap. A great video is a highly creative video. If you make something creative, it will sell itself. Apart from that, people online skip from one video to another before you bat an eye lid, which is why it becomes important to hold their attention for long enough. After you have reviewed the completed video you need to hire an expert to deal with the technical parts such as video and sound editing. Creativity should remain at the crux of your video, though. This is a key element to creating a successful video.

Make Sure You Close the Deal With a Call to Action

Distribution of videos on the internet will certainly help drive traffic to your site. Good planning and a solid video will make it happen. Every minute of every day sees millions of new videos uploaded to the Internet. Therefore, you have to finish the video with a call to action, so you can make it work for you. Due to people’s short attention spans and the ability to go to a different page, you have to grab their attention quickly. Don’t place the URL to your website at the end of the video, your viewer should see the call to action early on. Try to intersperse it throughout your video; you might even just be able to embed it at the bottom of the video throughout, so they see it. As a general rule of thumb, make sure you show your URL for at least 5-10 seconds before fading it out. Provided your video is a certain length, it’ll have your URL on it a certain number of times. Try to figure out your ideal numbers for that. Use a bold font, one that is easily read and pleasing to the eye. It will pay off.

The benefits of video marketing are fantastic. Have some fun and create an interesting and factual video. With its help, your online business can be elevated to new heights and levels of success. Start now, research video marketing. It’s easy, fun and a different way to connect with your customer. This radical form of marketing is here to stay and will only grow as time passes by.

As soon as you realize the nature and the attitude of your video, outsource the work to someone who knows about video editing. But ultimately your videos should have that most wanted creative streak, as it’s crucial for your success.

The Call to Action: Proper Placement in the Video

Don’t let yourself confuse your target market with something else or vice versa. So you need to be sure who your target audience is and understand them, their needs and what they are looking for. Your ability to satisfy the unique needs of a prospective consumer or prospect is what your success will ultimately depend on in the video industry (or any industry, for that matter). The number one purpose of online marketer’s, would be to get internet visitors to their web sites. What is traffic? Traffic is the expression given to cover the quantity of visitors that that are surfing the web and that can, (with the right knowledge), be led to your site.

The logic is real and simple. The more “traffic” that you could redirect to your website, the greater potential you could have for converting those website visitors into paying consumers. The truly amazing thing about the internet is the actual size from the marketplace. You can find literally tens of millions of people out there, all seeking around for products and services they want and need. If you can harness just a tiny percent of the immense web traffic, you are talking big figures.

Let’s presume there are one million individuals searching. (The reality is we now have many times more). If you possibly could engage the eye of a mere 1% of this traffic, you are referring to ten thousand visitors to your website. Although you may possess a low conversion rate, (the number of website visitors you could convert into paying consumers), of say 10%, you’re still talking about a thousand new customers! The figures are astronomic. It sounds easy; but returning to basics, probably the most frequent mistake that webmasters make is that they think people will discover their web sites because their product is good, and their websites are state of the art. No, sorry! Time for you to get up and smell the coffee! You have to tell people where that the website exists. If you don’t, the outcome is often a simple. Nobody will find it!

Webmasters are becoming more and more savvy for this simple understanding. The issue is that there are tons of dishonest people and firms available in the online world who are willing to give you the tempting prospect of huge amounts of web site traffic being delivered aimed at your web for the outlay of some amount of money. The truth is, you make payment for out your hard earned cash and get little or nothing in return.

Forget the Seo specialists, tempting though their offers may sound. When push pertains to push, many them usually do not deliver unless you are ready to pay thousands on an ongoing basis. However, there are a few systems available that can and will give you results; systems that may be harnessed to drive significant targeted traffic for your site. These programs do all the hard do the job.

Not only will they provide world wide web traffic to your web site, (that in fact is easy to complete), but they will deliver targeted traffic to your website. In other words, the visitors that will be descending on your squeeze pages is going to be people who are trying to find exactly the sort of service or product your website offers. How’s that for website marketing? The best thing is you don’t have to be an online promoting expert yourself; it’s all presented for you personally in simple step-by-step procedures. All you need to do is to keep to the treatments and techniques which are presented before you decide to, techniques that are tried and established. There are many more systems and methods you can use to generate loads of traffic to your site. Traffic ultimatum is one such course that will cover everything your need to know to create huge floods of traffic to your site visit my traffic ultimatum review for the low down.

If done correctly, you and your product can gain popularity and a large audience. After all, Facebook users in general are predisposed to join groups that share their interests and become fans following a celebrity’s page. So in turn you should take advantage of this fact by creating a fan page or a group and urge your customers and visitors to join. Also encourage members of your group to ask other people to join as an inherent action of the group. Tips for Successful Viral Marketing

Written by admin on Monday, March 8th, 2010 in Social Media.

A proven, low cost way to advertise is viral marketing, which has been proven to be one of the most effective techniques used on the internet.

The power of viral marketing lies in its self-propagation; once a successful campaign is activated, it has the ability to find new audiences without further work on your part. Even further, your business will generate returns from viral advertising long after implementing its initial plan of action. After all, the you benefit from the exposure that the viral campaign gives your product, and the people spreading the word will be able to experience what you can give them. To be successful, you’ll need to carefully consider the best way to begin your campaign and what impression your campaign leaves on the viewer. Your initial audience should find use for what your viral marketing provides and spread the word to other people. The fundamental benefit of viral marketing resides in this inherent trait.

Tip # 1 – The first thing you need to know about Viral marketing is that it’s nothing like traditional advertising campaigns. It’s best if you don’t even view it as advertising at all. You are using very different methods of getting people to notice your product. In other words, you have to think differently. Pushing your ideas on people is not the goal here, but telling them a story. Your goal is to give out information and ideas that people will tend to remember and use. Normal advertising does not work this way at all. You want to forge an emotional connection to those you are showing your viral story to. Through this connection, people will be driven to not only purchase the product but also tell others about it. They will feel inclined to spread your marketing message to others and they will feel the same. Through everyone telling everyone else, you will build a large network of people spreading the word about your viral story.

Tip #2 – Taking advantage of this advertising method should not be abandoned after your viral campaign has achieved success. In fact, it’s always a good idea to leverage the success you had with a viral marketing campaign. What is the best way to accomplish continuing a viral campaing? People who were willing to help in a previously successful campaign could be inspired to further participate by joining in a follow-up or even new campaign. In addition, if you have employed viral video marketing in the past, you could utilize your “behind the scenes” content matter to bolster prospects for your new campaign. This happens to be an important step towards your future campaigns, so that you can evoke the same kind of interest once again. Your audience should always want to see more from you after the original campaign winds down.

Tip # 3 – Variety is a key to interesting and successful viral marketing. Your audience needs to see something new, to be surprised or shocked, and they want something memorable. Give them exactly what they want and they’ll help you spread the word. Don’t fall back on predictable methods and content; an unexpected approach interests people. This can form as your USP down the line if it catches up. Obviously, people don’t want to feel like they’re being sold to, and will turn off if it feels like they are watching an advertisement. The only thing they see in advertising is someone’s idea of a self-centered marketing medium. You will have to present yourself in a unique way, so be sure that your viral marketing campaign is something totally innovative and unique. Aside from all of this, you should avoid a boring image for yourself or your company. So it’s high time you put on your thinking cap and inject as much creativity as possible.

7 grammar mistakes everyone makes on Facebook

Written by admin on Monday, March 8th, 2010 in Social Media.

The Internet has done a lot of good for a lot of people. That said, it has led to decline in respect for the written word, especially regarding grammar, punctuation, and capitalization, and most egregiously, spelling. Most days I feel I must not waste time being annoyed by the countless errors I’m subjected to as I read through my friends’ status updates on Facebook, but sometimes it is just too much to bear. If you want to be taken more seriously and not annoy the more discerning people you know, learn to avoid these common Facebook mistakes. You won't even need cash loans to get a tutor.

1. They knew the difference between “your” and “you're” in days of yore

It appears that no one knows there is a difference. If you are using the contracted form of “you are,” the word is “you’re,” with an apostrophe and everything. Take a second to edit – it won't take long and you'll look better for it. You double check your information before you submit a personal loan application, right? Your is possessive, as in “your Facebook status.”

2. Apostrophe usage

Many people have decided that using apostrophes is unnecessary when posting message for all the world to see on Facebook. This makes communication confusing, and more to the point, annoying. When you’re using a contraction or making a word possessive, go ahead and use apostrophes. It will make your pinky feel useful.

3. Capitalization that doesn't involve D.C.

I admit, I often neglect capitalizing when I am talking to friends on instant messenger. However, that’s because many times a lag in the conversation can make it confusing. That said, a Facebook status message can be edited before your pathetic grammar skills are put on display for all to see. Capitalize things, especially when referring to yourself as “I.”

4. Using homophones incorrectly

Homophones are words that sound the same, but are spelled differently and mean different things. People use “past” when they mean “passed,” “then” instead of “than,” “to” instead of “too,” etc. The rotten thing is that if people thought about it for a second or two before posting, they would probably catch the mistake and not look so foolish.

5. Totally random punctuation

Punctuation that has no function in the English language has no place in writing, unless you are posting mathematical equations on Facebook for the Nobel Committee to consider. For instance, I have a friend who often uses “..” instead of an ellipsis (…) or a period. Did that many people skip English? I understand that commas and hyphens and semicolons and such are way too much to ask for, but at least stick to real punctuation. Take it easy with exclamation points as well.

6. Copy/paste statuses

This is not a specific mistake so much as an instance in which mistakes are more annoying. I am not a fan of the “copy and paste this to your status” trend, and it bothers me even more when I see the same mistake over and over. If you intend to copy and paste a viral message status, fix any mistakes before you do. It isn't as if it is that difficult. Getting online cash loans is about as easy.

7. Quiz titles

I have actually seen grammatical mistakes in quiz titles that were about grammar. The authors aren't always obvious, but if you write something that will get wide circulation, please get it right. It is annoying enough to have my news feed clogged with announcements about the ridiculous quizzes my acquaintances are taking; at least don’t force me to read even more grammatical mistakes than I already have to.
